Squirrels and rabbits are pretty common downtown, but occasionally I’ll find hawks, beaver, foxes and even deer along the riverfront. Today it was a nesting white pelican under the I-30 bridge that caught my eye.

Down in Hot Springs tonight with Nicole’s family. Brie and I have our birthdays on the same day and Joe’s is the day before. We all went out to Rolando’s tonight to have dinner on the patio. Awesome spot overlooking Central ave up in the bluff behind the restaurant! Really cool!

CHICK-FIL-A TO DOWNTOWN
On my way out from the Metropolitan tower, I saw the new business opening there in May. I know there are a lot of you Chick-Fil-A fans out there so look for the new downtown location soon!
(I wonder if they are going to pass out a years supply of Chick-Fil-A for the first few hundred customers like they usually do. I can see a mass of people camped out in the lobby the night before!)
GREAT DAY FOR A TOUR!
Our 1 pm Historic neighborhoods tour is fixing to head out. The weather is amazing and the downtown is bustling! Should be a great tour today!
ARKANSAS ARCHITECTS SPOTLIGHT SERIES – RICK REDDEN
Come see our Rick Redden exhibit tonight at Studio Main. Rick was one of the most influential architects in downtown. His daughter, Kate, has put together a wonderful exhibit of his career and life in Little Rock and around the state. Come remember one of the downtown greats tonight from 5 – 9!
